The product
One HAT39 set contains one individually cut copy of the 2,048-word English BIP39 list, four blank slips, and two paper backup cards. The words are public reference material. HAT39 does not create, know, store, recover, or have access to a customer’s recovery phrase or wallet.
Educational use and risk
HAT39 materials explain one physical entropy workflow. They are not financial, investment, legal, or cybersecurity advice and do not guarantee protection against user error, theft, device compromise, coercion, fire, water, or loss. Customers are responsible for independently verifying a completed phrase and wallet before depositing funds.
Orders, shipping, and customs
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Orders ship without tracking under thepublished shipping and replacement policy. Customers are responsible for accurate addresses and recipient-side duties, taxes, tariffs, and handling fees.
Returns and defects
Unopened physical sets may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. The customer pays tracked return postage and original outbound postage is not refundable. If a new set is visibly defective, duplicated, or missing slips, do not use it to create a wallet; contacthello@hat39.comfor replacement instructions.
Free files
Downloadable PDFs are provided as-is. Verify their published SHA-256 digest and the underlying official BIP39 list before security-sensitive use. Printer scaling, toner, paper, cutting accuracy, and completeness remain the downloader’s responsibility.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HAT39 is not liable for lost recovery phrases, inaccessible wallets, lost funds, indirect damages, or reliance on third-party tools. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
