Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Postal interruptions, customs processing, remote destinations, and incomplete addresses can add substantial delay.
Why international orders are packets
A purchased paper product has commercial value. Canada Post does not treat it as valueless international correspondence, even when it fits inside an envelope. International orders therefore use untracked Small Packet with the required customs declaration rather than a simple Letter-post stamp.
One replacement
If an order has not arrived after the waiting period above, emailhello@hat39.comfrom the address on the Stripe receipt. Include the order date and receipt number, but never include seed words or wallet information.
HAT39 will send one replacement to the original checkout address after confirming it with you. A replacement order is not eligible for another replacement or postal-loss refund.
Customs and address responsibility
- Recipients pay any local duty, tariff, tax, handling, or customs charge.
- International checkout requires a phone number for customs contact.
- Customers must provide a complete deliverable address in Latin characters where required.
- Orders returned because of an incorrect or refused address can be reshipped after new postage is paid.
