The static HAT39 site does not provide accounts, comments, seed tools, or mnemonic input. It does not intentionally run behavioural analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, or third-party font requests. Normal web infrastructure may process an IP address and basic request metadata to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Checkout
Purchases move to Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe processes payment details, billing and shipping addresses, email, and—in international checkout—a phone number. HAT39 receives only the order information needed for payment, customs, fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, and legally required records. Review Stripe’s privacy policy ↗ before paying.
Support and retention
Email support records are kept only as needed to answer the request, administer replacements or returns, prevent abuse, and meet accounting or legal requirements. Directory correction emails should contain a primary source link and no sensitive wallet information.
